Instead of a traditional recipe this moth, I'm sharing this effortless way of making raisins. This can be done by baking grapes, cranberries, or blueberries in the oven!
Instructions:
- spread (rinsed and dried) grapes out on a rimmed baking sheet
- bake in oven at 225 degrees for 4-6 hours
** use parchment paper to prevent sticking**
Yep! It's that easy! Cook time depends on whether you like your raisins plump and juicy, or super dried up. Store them in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
These are perfect for snacking, baking, or tossing on top of salads! Once you make them, you will not want to go back to store bought EVER again. Enjoy!
