Get your heart rate up, sweat it out, and push yourself through this run. This 25 minute workout is great for people who need strict guidance and structure. It's important to be able to FEEL the difference between a walk, comfortable jog, sprint, and recovery. If just starting out, go by what it "feels like." For avid runners, go by speed and incline.
