JUMP Into May's Workout of the Month!

Give it a shot! This ladder workout targets the whole body, and it incorporates interval style training. It is great for someone trying to increase their cardiovascular endurance. All you need is a jumprope and a pull-up bar.
If you don't have a jumprope (or you aren't ready for jumping rope) modifications can be made rope-less jumping, jogging in place, or doing high knees.
If you don't have access to a pull-up bar, you can always use a desk, tree limb, or door frame for modifying!
Give it a go this month! Push yourself, and challenge your current fitness level!
