June's Workout of the Month - Yoga Flow For Beginners

This yoga flow is great for overall body stability, flexibility, and strength. In particular, it encompasses great stretches for lower back pain or stiffness. Give this flow a shot throughout the month of June, and track your improvements!


Hold pose for 15 breaths or 20-30 seconds before transitioning to the next. For poses 5&6 and 13&14, hold each pose for 10 seconds and repeat back and forth 5x.
